For individuals wishing to sell goods from a City public way

License fees:

One day: $10.00

Ten days: $50.00

One year: $150.00

Requirements at time of application:

1. Completed application.(.pdf)

2. Photo identification

3. Two current color, passport-size photographs. (The City Clerk’s Office takes these photos for $9.00.)

4. Motor vehicle registration, if a motor vehicle is used in the vending business.

5. Food service permit from the Niagara County Health Department, if food or beverages are to be prepared.

City vending ordinance will be available at the City Clerk’s Office for review
